Cx Design is what we call to Customer Experience Centric Design. A CX Engineer is responsible for creating satisfying or compelling experiences for users of a product, with a focus on reshaping the customer experience to maximize conversions. These individuals must have an expert understanding of touchpoints across the entire customer journey.

Before we dive into the topic, let’s briefly talk about why web performance matters. According to Akamai’s 2017 report,:-

“A 0.1 second delay in site loading speed can cause a 7% drop in sales. That means that ,if you have an E-commerce business generating $100 per day, then you will lose $7 in sales revenue. That’s the cost of poor web performance.”

That’s a lot. 💰

CX Engineering or Customer Experience Design is becoming very crucial aspect of web development standard nowadays. Google LHA is so powerful that it can give you valuable insights to user experience on your site and if utilised correctly, can help to decrease your site’s bounce rate and increase conversion rates (which can mean greater brand awareness and more sales!).
